My personal favorite of the Lovecraft series. This piece feels so calm, eerie, and mysterious. The slight plucking of strings is off set by the ritual drums and consistent reverb. Amazing combination!

The album art alone evokes picturesque scenes of a lonely hero wading through the desert, desperately looking for meaning and a way to achieve the ultimate goal of mankind: immortality. What is told in script is now told in a musical soundscape. My conclusion is, is that its as epic as the worlds oldest poem itself.
